Associated Documents is used to record all documents associated with a note and provided the facilities to record:

Document List

The list of documents linked to the note

Add Document

Opens the ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS dialog  in Add mode

View/Edit Document

Opens the ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS dialog  in Add mode

Delete Document

Delete the selected document from the note

Open Document

Displays the selected document using the default application associated with the file format, e.g a URL will open in the default web browser
 
If a document cannot be displayed the following dialog will display
 
 
If this dialog displays, select the View/Edit option and check the the file path is correct
 
Alternative cause is that the is no default association to the file format on the computer
 
If unsure how to correct this please contact support@genota.com as it varies slightly with each Windows operating system
