Should any problems be experienced in using Genota an error report will be generated by Genota. Please select the e-mail to Ausgen option and a technical support person will respond within 24 hours. It is recommended that persons without e-mail access print the file Genota.elf, a copy of which can be found in the Genota installation folder, to the address below.


Where problems are likely to require more than 24 hours to resolve, advice will be issued accordingly by return e-mail within 24 hours.
