Tools Menu

 

The  TOOLS MENU is the sixth of eight (8) available menus under the MAIN MENU section.

 

 

This menu provides access to those functions not normally associated with the daily maintenance or the configuration of stored data however may directly affect the data and assist in its management.

 

These options available are:

 

 

Options	Allows the user to modify or customise, functionality and or display parameters
Merge	Provides a sub menu as below to facilitate the merging of data records related to PEOPLE, LOCATIONS and FORM CATEGORIES
Template Exchange	The Template Exchange facilitates the import of  either standard or user defined Form Templates. Templates created in both versions 1 and 2 of Genota Forms are supported.
Forms Navigator	This option is used to control the visibility of the FORMS NAVIGATOR panel and contains two (2) sub menu options:       OPEN     Enables the FORMS NAVIGATOR panel to be visible. This button is only active it the FORMS NAVIGATOR panel is not visible.   CLOSE   Enables the FORMS NAVIGATOR panel to be hidden. This button is only active it the FORMS NAVIGATOR panel is  visible.
