Once Genota Forms has opened to the welcome screen the following steps should be undertaken to get started.
Select FORMS from the FORMS NAVIGATOR, then select YES at the resulting dialog, alternatively, select FILE | CREATE A FORM TEMPLATE from the main menu.
Step through the FROM TEMPLATE WIZARD completing each step, and at the end select FINISH to create the new FORM.
Select FORMS from the FORMS NAVIGATOR and this time a list of all available Forms will appear.
Click on the line containing the newly created FORM and either double click or select VIEW FORMS and then select YES at the dialog that appears next.
The FORM DETAIL screen will appear enabling the entry of information pertaining to the FORM. Note that at the top of the window is the FORM HEADER.
Enter details as required then click on the SAVE button.
If a second set of details is to be entered similar to the first click the COPY button the create a second FORM with the same details as the first, then change the information that is different.
Click on the CLOSE button to exit the FORM DETAILS screen.
