Forms

 

A list of FORMS associated with a Template can be viewed by selecting the quick button VIEW FORMS option from the FORM TEMPLATES view. When selected, a screen similar to that below will display.

 

       

 

From this screen a user can see a list of all the attached forms to a particular template. The quick buttons on this screen allow for the following:

 

Add a new form	Allows a user to create a new form
Display form details	Allows a user to display and edit a form and its details.
Delete selected form	Allows a user to delete a selected form
Send form list to Excel	Exports a list of all available forms as a Excel file
