Add Location
This menu option is selected via the
ADD MENU when a user needs to add a location to Genota Forms. This can be done by following the below steps:
1. Select ADD LOCATION from the
ADD MENU and the following dialog will appear:
2. Fill the the fields with as much information as is available
Location

The name by which the location is known or referred
|
Country
|
Select the country of the location from the drop down menu.
This is a Mandatory field and therefore must be completed.

Notes
|
Enter any additional notes in regards to the location
|
3. Once all the available information is entered into the relevant fields, click the save button.
