File Reference Configuration
1

Start Number

The number to be used as the starting point for the numeric component of the file reference
 
This is incremented by one (1) each time a note is created
 
This is a mandatory component if AUTO-ASSIGN is checked

Prefix

One or more characters to be used as the PREFIX when building the file reference
 
This is an optional component

Suffix

One or more characters to be used as the SUFFIX when building the file reference
 
This is an optional component

Delimiter

The character to be used as the delimiter between the PREFIX, Numeric component and SUFFIX when building the file reference
 
This is an optional component

Auto Assign

Auto-assign is that each time a note is created it is automatically assigned a file reference based on the START NUMBER, PREFIX, SUFFIX  and DELIMITER
 
Check to activate the AUTO_ASSIGN function
 
Uncheck to disable the AUTO_ASSIGN function
