Direction

Use to indicate the direction that the correspondence is travelling
 
Select either FROM or TO from the drop down list

Person

The name of the person to whom  the correspondence is sent or from who it is received

Method

The method used for the correspondence
 
Select from the options in the drop down list or enter a new value manually

Date  Received/Sent

The date that the the correspondence was either SENT or RECEIVED

Reply Date

The date that the Correspondence was replied to

Correspondence

This area of the screen is used for recording either the Correspondence, e.g. copy of an email, or for recording information regarding Correspondence exchanged

Add button

Clears all elements to enable the creation of a new correspondence record

Copy button

Copy the contents of the current correspondence record as a new  record
 
9

Save button

Save changes to the correspondence record
