This module is used for the recording and defining categories by which Notebook entries can be classified to enhance the management of information
An unlimited number of CATEGORIES can be defined, all of which are accessible to all Notebooks created within Genota
To access the Categories module select VIEW > CATEGORIES from the Main Menu
New Categories may be created as required when editing a NOTE by entering a new value into the CATEGORY field, rather than select from the drop down list
It is highly recommended that if this method of creating Categories is used that the CATEGORY VIEW be visited periodically to assign descriptions to Categories where they do not exist
