The Address Book

The Address Book is used to record the name and address information of  repositories, contact points within Repositories, as well as any Resources held by the Repositories.

 

A repository in Genota terms is any organisation or individual that holds information relative to research undertakings, a contact being any point or method of contact with a repository.

 

The information held in the Address Book may be displayed in five (5) views, these being:

Repository Details

Display all information associated with the active Repository.
 

2.

Repositories

Displays a list of all Repositories.
 

3.

Contact Points

Displays a list of all Contacts.
 

4.

Resources

Displays a list of all Resource held by all Repositories.
 

5.

Search Results

Displays the results of the most current search performed.
