Document Details

 
The ASSOCIATED DOCUMENT (DETAILS) screen allows the user to view or edit the document selected from the DOCUMENT VIEW in an expanded format.  
 
The ASSOCIATED DOCUMENT screen is as below:
 
       
 
This screen shows the user the full details of a document. From this screen, a user can edit or create a document record by following the below steps:
 
New
1. Select the New button from the right hand side of the ASSOCIATED DOCUMENT screen
 
2. Edit the relevant fields and enter all applicable information as follows
 
Title
The title or name for the document
 
Reference #
A reference identifier for the document. This is a non validated user defined value.
 
Source
The source reference or origin of the document. This is a non validated user defined value.
 
Location
Used to record the file location, external storage location or the URL of a website where the document may be found.In the case of File Locations, to ensure that the correct file path is entered click on the button at the right hand end of the field to navigate to, and select the file.  
 
3. Select the Save button from the right hand side of the ASSOCIATED DOCUMENT screen  
 
Edit
1. Click on the Edit button on the right hand side of the ASSOCIATED DOCUMENT screen.
 
2. Edit the relevant fields with the updated information.
 
3. Select the Save button from the right hand side of the ASSOCIATED DOCUMENT screen
