Ausgen uses both Paypal (an eBay company) and Paymate for secure transaction processing. Australian residents wishing to pay using Bankcard or Bank Transfers may do so via the Paymate gateway (Bank Transfers require registering with Paymate). By clicking on the appropriate logo below you will be transferred to their site to complete the purchase and registration process. All payments are managed internally by the respective organisations both of whom notify transaction details direct to the purchaser. Ausgen never has acccess to your credit card details.

Family History Societies

Family History Societies will be provided free of charge fully licensed copies of both Genota and Genota Forms on request. Unlike the paid for versions, the licenses are restricted to the computers on which they are installed and cannot be installed on multiple computers, i.e. a separate license is required for each computer To obtain licenses first install the evaluation copy on the target computers and email support with your request via the contact form and include the MID number (which is found on the About Box).

Delivery of CD-Rom versions

Ausgen will dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of order.

• Australian orders = please allow 10 business days for delivery.
• Non-Australian orders - All orders are sent by air mail. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery, subject to the postal arrangements in destination countries.
